WebAdvisor is our new Web based interface allowing students access to information about their standing and records with Williamsburg Technical College. Every effort is made to make sure that these records are accurate but if you have questions or feel that there are errors please notify Williamsburg Technical College.

For Students or Faculty
What is My Username?
Your Username = First 6 Characters of your Last Name + Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number
I don't know My Password
Have you tried the last six digits of your Social Security Number?

All passwords are set as the last six digits of your social security number before the user enters WebAdvisor.

You will have to change your password the first time you log on.
-
Only after you log on for the first time will the user account link work properly.
Have you signed in and changed your Password?
If you have already signed in and changed your password your new password will be what ever you changed it to.
Have you just forgotten your password after you changed it?
If you have changed your password and forgotten it and the password hint doesn't help you have several options:

You may go by Student Services and have it reset.

You can click on the link "What's My Password"

Your password will be reset and sent to your email account on record in about two minutes

(Please only try this once)

You may send an email to wahelp[at]wiltech[dot]edu
As the subject please use "Password help needed!" -
If you use this method you must include:

Your complete name as we have it on record

Your Email address that we have on record

Your home address that we have on record
-
Your social security number
If any of this information is missing we cannot reset your password

You will be notified via email when your password has been reset.

It will be reset to the last six digits of your social security number
For Students, Faculty or Staff
Determining your Username and Temporary Password
Your Username = First 6 Characters of your Last Name + Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number
Your Temporary Password = Last 6 Digits of your Social Security Number

1. Go to Williamsburg Technical College website at answers[at]ed2go[dot]com and click on "WebAdvisor".
2. Click "Log In".
3. Enter Your Username and temporary Password.
3. You will need to change your password.
You must change your temporary password to a new one. Your new password should be a 6-9 character alphanumeric (combination of letters and numbers) password that you can remember more easily. You will need to enter your Username and then your new password twice.
4. Select from "Students, Faculty or Employees" to access the desired menu.
5. Select the function that you wish to perform (i.e. My Class Schedule).
Additional Notes
Use "Back" and "Menu" to navigate through the WebAdvisor pages instead of your web browser's back button.
